What are your role preferences?

Please select volunteer roles you are interested in. This will give us an idea of the jobs you are prepared to do.

You can add as many as you like. We will ask you to specify the order of your preferences further down the form.
  • Please note that drivers must be over 25, have a full Driver’s License (no probationary drivers).
  • You need to be confident handling a 12 seater minibus, including a luggage trailer at the beginning and end of the festival.
  • There will be two early morning and three late-night shifts to be covered by drivers.

We know some roles aren’t as glamorous as others but each and every one is important, and we need to fill them all!

While we like to accommodate any preferences we can, please understand the majority of shifts will be allocated on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are during the festival setup. Monday is pack up and clean up.

We will need a few people to help us set up and pack down, but these roles are filled very quickly. Most of the help we need is during the Festival, and we may need to roster you during times you haven't given as a preference.

If you still wish to volunteer, but there is a particular time you have work or family commitments, please let us know in additional information below. The times on the table below are general indications, and your shift times will vary according to the role you are in.

Privacy

The personal data supplied as part of this submission will be stored and processed by Huon Folk Inc in order to facilitate your entry to and attendance at the Festival; for example printing your access tickets, arrivals information and delivery lists. The personal data you supply will never be sold to any third parties but may be shared with contractors providing services to the event. Your data will be retained for a maximum of 5 years before being securely deleted.
