Cygnet Folk Festival organisers are looking for stallholders who can offer exciting artisan products that will provide a wonderful addition to this iconic event. Food and drink vendors who can provide seating and shelter will be given priority consideration.

Upon receipt of your application, you will be sent a confirmation email.
The Cygnet Folk Festival Committee approves stallholder applications at its discretion.
Applications will close on September 30
You will be advised of the outcome of your application from October 15. If successful, you will be sent a contract for completion and acceptance, including the terms and conditions of the agreement. Cygnet Folk Festival will send an invoice in early December.

Food stalls will be in all four locations however, artisan (non-food) stalls will only be placed in Tin Pan Alley and Paved Paradise.
The Cygnet Folk Festival offers a number of stall sites throughout the Festival Village in the heart of Cygnet. The stall locations are in Loongana Park, Mary St car park (opposite Town Hall), the St James College quadrangle and Willie Smith's Paddock (Recreation Reserve near St James College).

We provide power to the food and beverages stalls if requested.
Stallholders must bring everything else required to set up and run their stall.
Please read the Terms and Conditions below. If you are successful with your application, you will be required to agree with them as a condition of contract.
Stallholders serving food and beverage must comply with food safety requirements stipulated by the Local Government Guidelines for Temporary Food Stalls. If successful, food stallholder application details will be passed on to Huon Valley Council who will contact you if further permits/licenses are required.
All stallholders must provide a Certificate of Currency of your Public and Products Liability insurance with a minimum $20 million cover.
At least one member of each stall must attend an online induction.
Successfully selected stallholders will receive a tax invoice in early December and must remit fees by the payment date (7 days). Payments are non-refundable unless the Festival is cancelled.
Vehicle access is from 11 am – 3 pm Friday for unloading purposes only. Vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas immediately after unloading. Low-cost, all-day parking is available in the car park at the rear of Town Hall.
Stallholders are not permitted to stay in their stalls overnight. Security of stall valuables is the responsibility of the stallholder. Stalls must not be left unattended during the day.
